Vault AI NxtGen is being developed as a collector platform. This page explains the intended privacy principles for the website and product while the service moves toward production launch.

Information

When the product is live, information you choose to provide may include account details, collection records, images and item-related evidence. Data should only be collected where it is needed to provide the requested feature.

Images and scans

Images submitted for Smart Scan or verification workflows may contain personal or identifying information. Do not upload information you do not want processed as part of the relevant feature.

Third parties

Some features may use third-party services such as market-data providers, authentication providers or infrastructure services. The final production privacy notice will identify applicable processors and purposes before those features are enabled for general use.

Your choices

The production service will provide appropriate mechanisms for accessing, correcting or deleting personal information where required by applicable law.
